Fifth and Conley Project

In August 2013, Crockett Engineering assisted Collegiate Housing Partners, a St. Louis, MO developer, in obtaining zoning and PUD Plan approval for a project known as Fifth and Conley. The proposed project is located immediately adjacent to the MU campus and is only 2 blocks from Jesse Hall. The zoning for this project, PUD-90, the highest zoning (by 3 times) ever granted by the Columbia City Council. Construction is set to begin later in 2013.
